Other symptoms may include fatigue, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, and nausea. Diagnosing endometriosis can be particularly challenging due to the symptoms often overlapping with other conditions, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID).
